This policy explains what data LensGrid (iPhone and iPad), developed by Hasan Basri Kesim, uses and how.
LensGrid does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address or phone number.
LensGrid uses the camera to take photos and videos from the lenses you select at the same time, the microphone to record sound with your videos, and Photos (add-only access) to save what you shoot to your library. Images and audio are processed only on your device and saved directly to your Photos library; none of them are sent to our servers or to third parties. Your lens selection, screen layout and format preferences are stored only on your device.
The free version occasionally shows a full-screen Google AdMob ad between video recordings. To serve and measure ads, Google may process data such as device identifiers, approximate location (derived from IP address), and device and app information. LensGrid does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA); this data is not linked to your identity. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, your consent is requested through Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) before ads are shown, and you can change your choice later. LensGrid Pro is an auto-renewing yearly subscription that unlocks the third lens, 4K recording, all screen layouts and saving each lens as a separate file, and removes ads. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your card or payment details; the app only learns from Apple whether the subscription is active. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings.
LensGrid is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
