This policy explains what data CueBox (iPhone, iPad and Apple silicon Mac), developed by Hasan Basri Kesim, uses and how.
CueBox does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address or phone number.
The audio files you add to pads, your page layout, trim/fade/loop settings and theme/language preferences are stored only on your device. None of them are sent to our servers or to third parties. Deleting the app deletes this data.
The free version on iPhone and iPad shows a Google AdMob banner at the bottom of the screen; the Mac version shows no ads at all. To serve and measure ads, Google may process data such as device identifiers, approximate location (derived from IP address), and device and app information. CueBox does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA); this data is not linked to your identity. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, your consent is requested through Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) before ads are shown, and you can change your choice later in Settings › Privacy Choices. CueBox Pro is an auto-renewing yearly subscription that unlocks all pads and unlimited pages and removes all ads. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your card or payment details; the app only learns from Apple whether the subscription is active. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings, and restore it on your other devices signed in with the same Apple Account using “Restore Purchases”.
CueBox is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
